We’re so sure that you’ll like this product that we’re offering a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

 

If in the unlikely event you don’t wish to keep this system, we will pay back to you 100% of the cost of the wheel, and keeper blocks, even if it’s used.

 

Also we will pay back 100% of the cost of the unused teeth.

 

The wheel must be returned to us within 30 days of the invoice date.

Shipping, bolts, threaded inserts and used teeth are not included.

 

 

Lifetime Warranty

 

The Multi-Tip system comes with a free, optional Lifetime Warranty.

 

The warranty is for the lifetime of the machine It covers the wheel and keeper blocks. Not the teeth, bolts or threads.

 

The owner of the machine must complete and return the warranty validation form within 30 days of the original invoice.

 

The wheel or keeper blocks must be returned with a claim form (found on the ‘Downloads’ page)  The faulty or worn parts will be replaced with new or reconditioned parts within 7 days.
