Maximum Impact
As the cutting tips are in clusters of four it’s possible to extend the distance between the teeth (a) whilst still maintaining just as many, if not more tips. This distance is greater than other systems which means the tooth hits the tree stump with more force. Thus improving performance.
Imagine trying to hit a nail into a piece of wood, but only lifting the hammer a few inches above the nail. Then imagine how much more force you achieve if you can lift it twice as high.
Less Drag
Less debris trapped by the wheel, thus less resistance.
The wheel appears see through on the outer edge as it slews across the tree stump.
Ease of use
The two leading teeth do 90% of the cutting.
By changing just these when worn for new teeth, your stump grinder should cut 90% efficient. Changing two teeth takes about two minutes!
Tip. Change these teeth when dull and reuse in the non-leading positions. Non-leaders don’t need to be sharp.
Slew Cut
Teeth are set in opposite pairs at different distances from the centre, the gap between
the outermost and the innermost tips define the depth of slew cut (b).
CNC water jet cutting ensures a perfectly balanced wheel.
